Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants in delivering the full LiveRamp Global Services portfolio. Hybrid role, requiring coordination across San Francisco, New York, Seattle, or Little Rock locations, with frequent executive engagement and data-driven client insights.

The role emphasizes project management mastery, complex scoping, and ongoing client relationship ownership, with a focus on aligning technical roadmaps to clients’

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience or experience driving projects in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm, SaaS/AdTech, or large-scale system integrator.
• Deep technical understanding of programmatic ecosystem and identity graphs.
• Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and data flow across martech/ad tech stack.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing and SQL-based data transformation.
• Strong executive communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LiveRamp Global Services team to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Develop project and resource plans with client and leads; ensure budgets and deadlines.
• Independently scope engagements with SMEs as needed.
• Align LiveRamp’s technical roadmap with client data strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach.
• Own client relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Provide escalation paths to Engagement Management Lead or Director.
• Identify challenges and develop practical recommendations to maximize value.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of LiveRamp products and services.
• Mentor and guide other team members.
