Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking an Expert Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants to deliver the LiveRamp Global Services portfolio, including Core, Advisory, and related offerings. This role demands strong project management, client relationships, and the ability to align technical roadmaps with a client's data strategy.

You will work in a hybrid environment, travel occasionally, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while translating

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or customer-facing delivery experience.
• 3+ years delivering professional services for a SaaS/AdTech or large-scale system integrator.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, and CDPs.
• Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and data flow across martech/ad tech stack.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and SQL-based data transformation.
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and their data-sharing impacts.
• Excellent executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LiveRamp Global Services to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Develop project and resource plans with client and LGS leads, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
• Independently scope LGS engagements with SMEs as needed.
• Align LiveRamp’s roadmap with the client’s long-term data strategy and opportunities.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach and manage client relationships.
• Escalate issues to Engagement Management Lead or Director as needed.
• Provide practical recommendations to maximize customer value.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of LiveRamp products and services.
• Mentor team members and travel occasionally.
