Job summary

LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants, delivering a full portfolio of LiveRamp Global Services.

The role involves meeting with client executives, maintaining cross-functional relationships, and guiding delivery across Core, Advisory, and related services. The position requires strong project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience or customer-facing project delivery.
• 2+ years delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm, SaaS/AdTech, or SI in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs/SSPs/CDPs and identity graphs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with LiveRamp Global Services to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Develop project and resource plans with clients and LGS leads, monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Scope engagements and coordinate with SMEs to validate scope.
