Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to own onboarding and optimization of LiveRamp’s ad tech solutions for major brands, agencies, and data providers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding data activation, identity resolution, and audience workflows across platforms.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, coordinate with product, engineering, and privacy teams, and deliver runbooks and enablement to clients and internal teams. Travel for client engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ad tech ecosystems (DSPs/SSPs/DMPs/CDPs).
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and data transfers (SFTP).
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical adoption of LiveRamp’s solutions.
• Design and execute strategic implementation plans for client goals.
• Track adoption metrics and propose system enhancements for better performance.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and integration guides.
