Job summary

Workday seeks an Engagement Manager - Paradox to lead customer projects from post-sale to successful implementation within a premier services delivery team. You will oversee relationships with top customers and apply our deployment methodology to ensure consistent, value-driven experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of project management in enterprise environments, hands-on experience with Workday or similar ERP platforms, and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations in medium to large enterprises, higher education or state and local government.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our largest and most complex customers, acting as a trusted advisor and engagement manager throughout implementation.
• Apply our implementation methodology to ensure consistency in the customer experience and expedite value realization.
• Develop and manage project plans to deliver contracted products and services.
• Manage all project timelines, operations, and communications with the client, including regular status checkpoints and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver platform configurations, integrate systems, and track deliverables.
• Support smooth transition into release and ongoing adoption with customer management teams.
• Provide knowledge sharing and mentor to team members and document processes for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for customers with product teams and influence roadmap decisions.
