Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Principal Workday Engagement Manager to lead multiple Workday engagements across Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X and AMS. You will build trusted client relationships, define delivery strategy, and guide teams to successful go-lives.

Ideal candidates have 6–9 years in the Workday ecosystem, a current Workday EM/PM certification, and proven ability to manage scope, budget, and risks while traveling up to 25% to serve clients in the USA, Canada, or Mexico.

Qualifications

• A Workday EM/PM certification is required and must remain active.
• 6–9 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem (partner, Workday direct, or client-side).
• Experience leading at least seven Launch Flex and Launch Express deployments to go-live.
• Experience managing and delivering across multiple projects spanning Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and Optimization engagements.
• Demonstrates strong mastery of multiple Workday methodologies; can articulate risk profiles and client readiness requirements.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and ability to learn JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Workday engagements concurrently.
• Ensure projects stay within the SOW and meet milestones and budget targets.
• Gauge and report project health; monitor risks, issues, and escalations.
• Manage governance with customers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
• Assist with work assignments and resource management for engagements.
