You will independently scope initiatives, drive PS&T sales, leverage Center of Excellence practices, and align with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize targets and achieve revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including partner funding programs.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs with minimal oversight.
• Drive full-cycle services & training sales, incorporating Center of Excellence (CoEs) and migrations.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T targets aligned with growth goals.
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions or elevate to ensure high satisfaction.
