Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Engagement Manager for its Services vertical to lead client interfaces within the account, collaborate on an account plan, and pursue strategies to grow the portfolio. The role involves managing a portfolio up to $10–$30M and coordinating with senior partners to drive revenue and delivery excellence.

You will oversee client relationships, ensure fulfillment of commitments with delivery partners, and drive go‑to‑market solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required, with 7+ years of experience in sales/relationships.
Significant business development and project management experience.
Track record of interacting with CXO-level client contacts and leading proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships and manage portfolio up to $10–$30M.
Collaborate with delivery partners to fulfill client commitments.
Coordinate with Delivery Manager on people or infrastructure issues affecting delivery.
Balance multiple client projects with different delivery managers.
Drive revenue through go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit.
Work with Solutions Leader to create customized account pitches and revenue plans.
Develop account plans with relationships, opportunities, pricing and forecasting.
Provide input for future alliances with product vendors.
