Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for Financial Services with a strong focus on Cloud, Data, AI, and GenAI-led transformation sales. The role leads client engagements, drives growth across Banking, Capital Markets, and Payments, and collaborates with partners and delivery teams to close multi-million dollar opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; can substitute 3 years of progressive experience for education.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the Financial Services/Banking vertical is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen executive relationships with business and technology stakeholders across assigned Financial Services accounts.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on Cloud, Data, AI, GenAI, and Digital Transformation services.
• Own the opportunity management lifecycle from Prospect to Close.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and collaborate across Infosys service lines to maximize client value.
• Lead strategic conversations around Cloud Migration, Cloud Modernization, Data Platforms, AI and Digital Transformation.
• Position Infosys capabilities to address client objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery and alliance teams to build business cases and value propositions.
• Drive large transformation pursuits from qualification to contract signature.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop account plans including relationship strategies, pipelines, growth initiatives, pricing, and governance.
