Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Associate Manager - Client Services to lead client interactions within the assigned account and help develop the account plan with the Client Partner or Senior Client Partner. The role involves managing a portfolio up to $10-30M and ensuring delivery commitments across delivery partners.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and strong sales/account management experience, with demonstrated CXO-level relationship building and proposal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience interacting with CXO-level client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: lead client relationships, build portfolio up to $10-30M, manage opportunity cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery partners to fulfill commitments.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan with relationships, opportunities, pricing, etc.
