Blitzy is seeking a VP of Solutions Consulting to lead a critical growth engine in its pre-sales organization in Cambridge, MA. This executive will own strategy and execution for how Blitzy presents technically to customers and drive durable, up-market revenue growth.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build and run a high-performing team that shapes our technical GTM, wins complex AI-driven modernization deals, and establishes Blitzy as the platform of choice for enterprises automating

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, with 6+ years in technical pre-sales or similar roles.
• 2+ years leading a pre-sales team or organization with revenue impact.
• Proven ability to execute strategic GTM initiatives and scalable operating models.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven GTM approaches and modern cloud/platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for the Solutions Consulting organization and our technical GTM.
• Lead a growing solutions consulting team with the right structure and leadership bench.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate revenue and build strong relationships with strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed field insights into roadmap priorities.
• Build a strong leadership team and foster an inclusive, high-trust culture.
• Design operating rhythms and KPIs to optimize team performance and deal velocity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring alignment across functions.
• Standardize MEDDIC/value-based discovery and reference architectures to improve wins.
• Serve as executive sponsor with customers and partners for Blitzy's technical strategy.
• Own budget and investment strategy for the Solutions Consulting org.
