Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, or technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development with cloud, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience modernizing engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy and run proofs-of-concept.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Deliver demos to senior stakeholders that convert curiosity into momentum.
• Run proofs-of-concept and help customers integrate Blitzy into their environments.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between the CTO, AI Engineering, and the customer experience.
• Translate feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Track and optimize your pipeline with precision and learn from outcomes.
