Job summary

Blitzy is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective customers aiming to modernize software development with AI. You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You may come from a technical role or a software engineering background seeking a more commercial, customer-facing career.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and micro services.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy on technical architecture and implementation.
• Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams.
