Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software development platform, is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to educate and close prospective customers modernizing their software development with AI. You will collaborate with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at enterprise companies to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development with cloud, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy and run proofs-of-concept.
• Lead technical discussions on architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Deliver demonstrations to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs to convert curiosity into momentum.
• Run proofs-of-concept and help customers integrate Blitzy into their environments.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
• Serve as conduit between CTO, AI Engineering, and customer experience, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Track and optimize your pipeline, learning from wins and losses.
