Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA based AI software platform, is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to engage, educate, and close enterprise customers seeking to modernize software development with AI.

You will work with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at Fortune 500 companies to drive adoption, deliver compelling demos, and build trusted advisor relationships while expanding Blitzy usage across products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy — running proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and help them integrate Blitzy into their development environments.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Deliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum.
• Run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform - partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Track and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach.
