Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Consulting Principal to lead enterprise-scale EAM and digital transformation engagements for gas utility clients in the United States. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and governance across complex systems, with responsibility for outcomes and client relationships at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel 4 days a week to client locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience leading large gas utilities transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs for gas utility clients, managing multi-workstream PMOs and P&L across initiatives.
• Architect and govern enterprise integration strategies connecting platforms and ERP systems.
• Drive governance and program milestones from business case through hyper care.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams and collaborate across Infosys service lines.
