You will manage multi‑phase implementations, ensure on‑time delivery, and drive long‑term value realization across cross‑functional teams including product, CS, data, and partners. You will collaborate with senior customer stakeholders to align roadmaps with strategic priorities, track success metrics, and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading complex implementations in enterprise software or professional services.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer engagements and be the overall engagement owner.
• Lead complex deployments from discovery through go-live and optimization.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies within the SOW.
• Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate steering committees and readouts.
• Drive adoption and measure KPIs; promote change readiness and expansion opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on learning, change management, and digital adoption.
