Job summary

Workday is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead mid to large Workday deployments using our Deployment Methodology. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, align with executive expectations, and mentor delivery teams across HCM, Payroll, and Financial implementations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management, with experience in Workday or similar ERP systems, and is willing to travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations in mid to large enterprises.
• 3+ years of implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of 3–5 simultaneous projects.
• Guide Workday Deployment Methodology on engagements.
• Provide mentoring to Professional Services resources.
• Ensure projects are planned, staffed, and scoped within budgets.
• Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
• Transition customers from professional services to product support.
