Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to lead large-scale, global deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology. You will resolve complex issues, influence executive stakeholders, and guide projects to successful delivery.

You will partner with customers to understand needs, drive implementation strategies, and ensure adherence to project plans while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, manage expectations and lead executive-level discussions.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage large to complex global deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology.
• Provide internal recommendations to management based on field experience to enhance deployment processes.
• Interface with customers to understand needs, translate them into actionable plans, and drive successful implementations.
