Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations in medium to large environments.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.
• Functional domain expertise with HCM and Payroll deployments; experience with Financials is helpful.
• Strong customer interaction skills and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Excellent critical thinking and executive presence with ability to influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large to complex Workday deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology.
• Resolve multiple complex issues with creative and effective solutions.
• Provide internal recommendations to management based on field experience to improve deployment processes.
• Represent the team with executives and internal stakeholders to align on delivery and outcomes.
