Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years of engineering management experience
• 2+ years managing managers and building teams from the ground up
• Proven track record shipping LLM-based or Agentic AI applications to production
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
• Experience in compliance, regulatory technology, customer support automation, or financial crimes domains
• Ability to translate high-level goals into executable roadmaps with milestones

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering organization; coach managers and senior engineers
• Set the technical vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Core Automation's Agentic AI systems
• Drive architecture and delivery of production LLM-based systems with guardrails and measurement
• Lead multiple parallel engineering initiatives across compliance automation domains
• Establish engineering standards and AI adoption frameworks to raise quality and shipping speed
