Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a results-driven sales professional in PA to develop and execute account plans across mining customers. You will acquire and retain key accounts, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years of sales experience (or 7+ years without a degree), strong negotiation, and willingness to travel to customer sites and mining locations. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years sales experience, or 7 years sales experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and mining locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute the sales/account plan for the assigned account portfolio.
• Acquire and retain accounts while building and strengthening customer relationships to achieve commercial objectives.
• Generate new business and maintain existing accounts; attain or exceed sales targets.
