Qualifications

• Seven or more years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues while managing projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Knowledge of energy programs, rates, tariffs, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops forecasts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Leverages analytics to improve sales performance and operational excellence.
• Supports renewal and retention discussions to drive win-win outcomes.
• Drives integration of client success into operations to increase activity and retention.
• Monitors KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency.
