Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Advisor, Energy Efficiency Programs and Contracts to oversee Third Party Implemented programs and manage contract relationships with implementers. You will guide performance, reporting, forecasting, planning and budget oversight across assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in a customer service, corporate, administrative, or analytical role supporting business operations.
• Four or more years leading customer programs, services or projects.

Responsibilities

• Advises on strategic direction of customer programs to maximize value, efficiency and compliance.
• Provides expert guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders on program operations while monitoring metrics.
• Uses advanced program reports and dashboards to drive execution and surface improvement opportunities.
• Leads strategic program activities with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Drives strategic application of industry trends to address program needs and objectives.
• Advocates for program topics with regulators, industry groups and providers.
• Develops and implements training programs to build organizational capabilities.
