Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in account management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of energy programs, tariffs, and public sector operations.
• Experience building and influencing executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Analyze customer data to support sales performance and operational excellence.
• Conduct market research to support account planning and client objectives.
• Manage renewal and retention discussions to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Drive integration of client success into operations to boost retention.
