You will manage client expectations, develop schedules, and drive project profitability across solar, wind and storage initiatives. The role demands a proactive leader with strong communication skills, experience with ACC/Power BI and a willingness to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline preferred.
• PMP license a plus.
• 7+ years in program management or industrialized construction.
• Expert knowledge of construction technology and scheduling.
• Experience in business development and high client interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for customer project management.
• Review work orders and service agreements thoroughly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Create kickoff meeting agendas and guide stakeholders.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics.
• Negotiate and create all change orders for internal approval.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
