Rosendin Electric, Inc seeks a Project Manager III – MPS Energy to lead large, complex projects. You will create detailed plans, coordinate with internal teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while responding to client questions and pursuing opportunities.

Some travel may be required. The role emphasizes client relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and mastery of project controls and CAC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP license is a plus.
• Experience in program management on large, complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of construction technology and scheduling.
• Minimum 7 years of equipment and methods experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for customer project management and review work orders.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and guide kickoff meetings.
• Manage multi-year forecasts, track key account metrics, and review program metrics.
• Negotiate change orders and act as the single internal contact for proposals.
