Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy and performance, including revenue and budgets.
• Manage client relationships and strategic partnerships with utility clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, outreach, marketing, and operations.
• Improve program economics and operational processes for scalable delivery.
• Communicate program and financial insights to leadership.
