Job summary

Environ Energy is seeking a Senior Energy Procurement Specialist to support channel partners and their commercial clients through the full lifecycle of electricity and natural gas transactions in deregulated markets. You will manage your own portfolio, handle day-to-day contact, and coordinate pricing, bids, contracts, enrollment, and renewals with suppliers, utilities, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail energy deregulated markets.
• Pricing requests, bid preparation, contract coordination.
• Experience coordinating across suppliers, utilities, sales and clients.
• Strong organization and communication in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for an assigned portfolio of channel partners and clients.
• Coordinate pricing requests and bid sheets for electricity and natural gas opportunities.
• Target suppliers to improve pricing and RFP turnaround; share market trends with leadership.
• Manage transactions from pricing through enrollment; review final agreements for accuracy.
• Monitor enrollments and flag renewal risks early with recommended path forward.
• Manage renewals and look for retention, expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data; book closed transactions on time.
• Support migration to the new deal-management platform via data cleanup and workflow design.
• Build relationships with suppliers and utilities; coordinate account updates and enrollment matters.
• Train teammates and support leadership with reporting and special projects.
