Job summary

Enverus is seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, drive adoption of our analytics platform, and lead onboarding and engagement efforts across multiple accounts.

The role emphasizes reducing churn, expanding usage, and collaborating with sales, success, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing strategic accounts and reducing churn.
• Ability to present data and methodologies clearly to diverse client audiences.
• Experience delivering training and onboarding for multiple accounts.
• Strong collaboration across sales, success, and product teams.
• Knowledge of solar, wind, battery storage and energy transition space.

Responsibilities

• Learn Enverus analytics capabilities and Power & Renewables suite.
• Co-lead strategic account pursuits with the sales team.
• Define onboarding strategies for users across accounts.
• Train and coach Principal Consultants on best practices.
• Deepen client relationships and expand active user base.
• Provide product feedback to development and product teams.
