Job summary

Environ Energy is seeking an Energy Operations Analyst to provide operational and analytical support for energy procurement clients and internal teams. You will coordinate with utilities and suppliers to verify terms and rates, manage RFPs, and analyze invoices and contracts to extract procurement data.

This full-time, fully remote role requires 3–5 years of related experience, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, energy, multifamily, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and data extraction abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with utilities and suppliers to verify contract terms, rates, and related information.
• Manage full lifecycle of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in support of the sales team.
• Analyze utility invoices, supplier invoices, and contracts to extract data for procurement analysis.
• Deliver high-volume customer service via email, phone, and internal requests.
• Build and maintain internal and client-facing reporting tools.
• Facilitate end-to-end contract assumption processes with accuracy and timeliness.
