Job summary

ENFRA seeks an Asset Manager III to oversee energy usage reviews and CEP O&M across campus facilities, mentoring owner's staff and coordinating with EPC teams. You will manage CEP operations, maintenance reserves, and supervise a team of Asset Managers as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in managing multiple sites or central plant operations, strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication. The role involves travel up to 25% in dynamic energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing multiple sites and/or senior asset management roles.
• Well versed in building codes and associated standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and able to handle fast-paced projects.
• Familiarity with energy infrastructure concepts and CEP operations.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and best practices.
• Mentor owner on energy strategies and CEP operation.
• Manage Central Energy Plant O&M including subcontractors and operators.
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for CEP.
• Coordinate with EPC team and on-site staff for project execution.
• Train Plant Operators and maintain operating manuals.
• Lead on-site troubleshooting with remote support.
• Manage one or more Asset Managers or teams.
