Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing multiple sites or central plant, or equivalent management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance on operations.
• Mentor owner on energy strategies.
• Manage Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure plant efficiency.
• Train Plant Operators on procedures and safety.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
• Assist EPC team in coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities with CEP operations.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support teams.
• Lead one or more Asset Manager teams as required.
