Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the technical authority across all commissioning phases.
• Integrates energy management solutions for complex projects.
• Balances project constraints with desired outcomes for Technical Services.
• Establishes SOPs and company-wide standards to resolve systemic issues.
• Mentors Technical Services staff and supports training.
• Handles complex system integrations and performance optimization.
