Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Authoritative technical expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams
• High-level ability to inform strategic business decisions and resolve execution constraints

Responsibilities

• Serves as the ultimate technical authority across all phases of the commissioning and development process
• Integrates unified energy management solutions across complex, multidisciplinary project scopes
• Provides a technical focus to maximize project outcomes for the Technical Services organization
• Identifies gaps in project execution and establishes SOPs and company-wide standards
• Informs major business decisions while executing other project assignments
• Drives training, coaching, and mentorship for Technical Services staff
• Manages highly complex system integrations and optimization of multi-system plants
• Performs other high-level duties as assigned by leadership
