Job summary

CMTA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer in the Energy Solutions division to lead performance contracting efforts from conception to completion. You will serve as the primary client contact and work across engineering, construction, and M&V teams to deliver high-value energy projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an Energy Services company OR a consulting engineering/commissioning firm.
• Undergrad degree in engineering from ABET accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of performance contracts from conception to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact through all phases of the contract.
• Identify opportunities and help grow CMTA’s business with clients and industry connections.
• Direct the engineering design team in producing drawings and specifications.
• Direct the bidding process to ensure quality and competitive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clients to finalize performance contracts and coordinate with construction managers.
• Oversee commissioning to validate performance and support the warranty phase.
• Coordinate with M&V professionals to develop first-year M&V report.
