Cascade Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer I with Energy Efficiency and RCx experience. You will lead high-profile energy projects, gather data, build optimization models, and write feasibility reports while mentoring peers.

The role involves on-site client engagement and travel up to ~20% across the Northeast and beyond. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of engineering experience, expertise in refrigeration, steam, and data-logging systems, and a track record in energy efficiency for

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required
• 5–8 years of engineering experience required
• Expert knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air, steam systems, and data logging
• Experience in energy efficiency for commercial/industrial facilities
• Retro-commissioning (RCx) experience desired
• Experience with Strategic Energy Management (SEM) preferred

Mansioni

• Lead and manage high-profile energy projects and mentor peers
