Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Advisor to lead strategic energy management for commercial and industrial clients in the Chicagoland area. You will identify opportunities, develop business cases, and guide projects from opportunity through implementation while building trusted utility relationships.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and independent execution to deliver measurable energy savings and value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of energy efficiency consulting, engineering, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of industrial/commercial facilities and energy-saving technologies (HVAC, lighting, motors, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify opportunities and develop a strategic energy management plan.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
• Build and manage a robust account pipeline and project forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and program leadership to deliver energy savings outcomes.
