Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in energy efficiency, utility programs, or related fields; 3+ years leading sales/outreach initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency programs, regulatory environments, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to achieve program energy savings.
• Translate customer needs into technically sound and financially compelling energy solutions; collaborate with engineering and program teams.
• Lead market leadership efforts: monitor trends, build partnerships, and represent RI at events.
• Mentor Energy Advisors and ensure repeatable sales processes and cross-functional collaboration.
