• Data-driven decision-making and analytical approach.

Aufgaben

• Direct, support, and lead planning, execution, and overall performance of Commercial & Industrial energy efficiency programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for Sr. Leadership at utility clients and align with contractual commitments.
• Analyze program performance data, market trends, and operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide leadership to program management and delivery teams and ensure accountability and high-quality execution.
• Oversee program risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated program solutions.
