Harvey in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own client engineering end to end—Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, Okta device trust, and related automation. You’ll define deployment standards, manage lifecycle, and scale tooling as we grow across offices worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in endpoint engineering, hands-on Jamf with Windows management via Intune/Autopilot/Entra, strong scripting in Python/Bash/Swift, and solid collaboration with security and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in endpoint, client, or IT systems engineering.
• Experience managing macOS MDM environments at scale (1000+ devices).
• Strong scripting/automation with Python, Bash or Swift, building tooling against vendor APIs.
• IdP/SSO with Okta or similar, MFA and device trust implications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, global growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint platform and set configuration standards, patch cadence and compliance baselines.
• Engineer the device lifecycle with zero-touch provisioning and automated onboarding/offboarding.
• Build automation using Python and scripts against Jamf, Intune, and Okta APIs.
• Collaborate with Security on endpoint posture, EDR coverage and disk encryption.
• Serve as final escalation for endpoint issues in a global enterprise.
• Support a globally distributed company with time-zone aware tooling and training.
