Job summary

Defense Mechanics Inc is seeking a Sr. Endpoint Management Administrator to manage and support the company’s end-user Mac, Windows, iPad, and iPhone devices. The role requires extensive experience with JAMF, Microsoft Intune, and modern device management practices. The ideal candidate will lead in endpoint configuration, compliance, and software lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune.
• Advanced proficiency managing macOS, Windows, iOS, and iPadOS at scale.
• Strong background in software deployment, application lifecycle management, and patching workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and escalated support of end-user device fleets.
• Implement and maintain device compliance policies and endpoint security.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues.
