Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own client engineering end to end—Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, Okta, and more—with automation tying them together. You’ll decide how laptops are built, secured, and retired, scaling across offices worldwide.

Minimum 5 years in endpoint/IT, strong Jamf and Intune, plus Python/Bash/Swift scripting. You’ll collaborate with Security on posture and policies and act as the final escalation for endpoint issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in endpoint/IT systems engineering with 1000+ macOS devices under MDM.
• Deep hands-on Jamf experience and Windows management via Intune/Autopilot/Entra.
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, or Swift with API tooling know-how.
• Fluent IdP knowledge, SSO, MFA, device trust and identity-endpoint policy flow.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint platform: Jamf Pro, Intune, Autopilot and mobile fleet.
• Set configuration standards, patch cadence and compliance baselines.
• Automate device lifecycle from provisioning to retirement; remove manual steps.
• Build tooling against vendor APIs and provide self-service for employees.
• Partner with Security on posture, policies, EDR, disk encryption.
• Be the final escalation for endpoint issues across global IT Operations.
