Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own client engineering end to end, including Jamf Pro for macOS, Intune, Autopilot, Okta device trust, and related automation. The role focuses on configuring standards, patching cadences, and ensuring compliance across a global fleet.

You’ll write deployment tooling, debug enrollment, and push for policy and process improvements while partnering with Security and IT Operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in endpoint or IT systems engineering with macOS MDM ownership.
Hands-on Jamf experience and Windows management via Intune/Autopilot/Entra.
Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Swift building tooling against APIs.
Fluent IdP knowledge, Okta preferred, covering SSO and MFA.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

Own the endpoint platform across macOS and Windows, setting standards and baselines.
Engineer device lifecycle with zero-touch provisioning and automated onboarding.
Build automation using Python and scripts against vendor APIs.
Collaborate with Security on endpoint posture and policy.
Be the final escalation for endpoint issues and drive long-term fixes.
Support a global, in-person-heavy company with time-zone-aware documentation.
