Job summary

Tempus in Chicago is seeking a Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer to architect and lead the health, security, and lifecycle management of our global endpoint fleet across Windows and macOS.

You will drive deployment workflows using Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and VMware Workspace ONE, implement zero-touch provisioning with Windows Autopilot and ABM, and mentor junior staff while partnering with Security for CIS benchmarks and encryption protocols.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in endpoint engineering or infrastructure at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS deployment and management.
• Experience configuring Intune, Jamf Pro, and Workspace ONE at scale.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell and Bash; Python or Swift a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead global UEM initiatives and deployment workflows.
• Design scalable provisioning, deployment, and configuration processes.
• Lead security baselines, encryption, and EDR deployments.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 staff and contribute to roadmaps and SOPs.
