Job summary

Harvey seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own client engineering end to end, spanning Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, Okta, and automation across a global fleet. You will define deployment standards, patching cadences, and ensure policy compliance as we scale offices worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in endpoint engineering, hands-on Jamf, and strong scripting with vendor APIs. A fast-paced, high-growth environment offers opportunities across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in endpoint, client, or IT systems engineering, including macOS MDM ownership for 1000+ devices.
• Deep hands-on Jamf experience, plus Windows management via Intune, Autopilot, and Entra.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Swift with tooling against vendor APIs.
• Fluent with IdP, Okta, SSO, MFA, device trust, and identity-policy interactions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint platform across macOS and Windows, setting standards and alignment with Security.
• Engineer the device lifecycle with zero-touch provisioning and Autopilot.
• Build automation using Python, scripts, APIs, and self-service tooling.
• Partner with Security on endpoint posture, policies, and encryption.
• Be the final escalation for endpoint issues and drive permanent fixes.
• Support a global, in-person-heavy company with time-zone-aware documentation.
