The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Mac Systems Engineer to support a large enterprise Mac environment with 2,000+ endpoints. You will lead endpoint engineering, device management, automation, and security compliance initiatives in a security-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM platforms.
• Experience deploying macOS in large enterprises (2000+ devices).
• Strong scripting in Bash or Python.
• Identity and Access Management familiarity (Entra ID).
• Experience with endpoint security and compliance.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Mac environment with 2,000+ endpoints.
• Build, test, and deploy macOS packages using Jamf and Intune.
• Create automated deployment solutions and self-service for users.
• Troubleshoot complex Mac, endpoint, and security incidents.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets related to Mac administration.
• Collaborate with security to maintain compliance and Entra ID.
• Develop scripts to automate operations.
• Document endpoint configs and create reports.
