Harvey, a fast-growing firm redefining professional services, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own client engineering end to end across Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, and Okta integrations. You’ll craft deployment standards, automate provisioning, and push for policy improvements as the company scales globally.

The role requires 5+ years in endpoint engineering, deep Jamf experience, strong scripting, and collaboration with Security. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity at Harvey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in endpoint or IT systems engineering with macOS MDM ownership (1000+ devices).
• Hands-on Jamf experience plus Windows management via Intune, Autopilot, and Entra.
• Strong scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or Swift against vendor APIs.
• Fluent with IdP (Okta preferred) covering SSO, MFA, device trust, and policy.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with non-technical teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint platform: Jamf Pro, Intune/Autopilot, and fleet compliance.
• Engineer the device lifecycle: zero-touch provisioning, onboarding/offboarding.
• Build automation: tooling against Jamf/Intune/Okta APIs and self-service flows.
• Partner with Security on endpoint posture, EDR, encryption, and trust.
• Be the final escalation for endpoint issues and prevent recurrence.
• Support a global, in-person-heavy company with cross-time-zone readiness.
