Job summary

Providence seeks a Senior Service Engineer to own and operate endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Jamf) and to ensure a fast, reliable digital experience for caregivers within a hybrid work model.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and partner with endpoint engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and field support to scale Windows and macOS management across our network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering/math.
• 5+ years in systems administration; more is preferred.
• Automation experience in deployment/recovery or similar.
• Experience with distributed, multi-tier architectures.
• Ability to simulate outages and analyze failure modes.
• Ability to influence software teams to meet QoS goals.
• Experience leading service discussions and standups.

Responsibilities

• Operate and own endpoint management platforms across Windows and macOS.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, scale, and automate services.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and shape roadmap.
• Use telemetry to identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
