Job summary

Providence is seeking a Service Engineer to own and operate endpoint management platforms such as SCCM/Intune/Jamf, ensuring a fast, reliable digital experience for caregivers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, scale, and automate Windows and macOS device management across the organization.

As a senior engineer, you’ll set technical direction, mentor peers, and shape the endpoint management roadmap to deliver secure, scalable operations from Portland within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of systems administration experience; more preferred.
• Automation experience in deployment or recovery processes.
• Experience with multi-tier (n-tier) architectures.
• Ability to simulate outages and model resilience for services.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate endpoint management platforms (Windows/macOS).
• Collaborate with endpoint engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and field support.
• Define and drive service architecture to meet QoS expectations; lead in backlog discussions.
